This weekend I attended the beautiful wedding of a beautiful couple, Rachel and Bryan.
I don’t know the guest who took this photo, but it was on the bride’s Facebook. How perfect, right?!
I mean seriously. Can we just all take a moment and agree upon the fact that Rachel is one of the most stunning brides you’ve ever laid eyes on?
The intimate ceremony was held in a quaint church in Ashburn, VA. The bride and groom were giddy with excitement and it was such a joy to watch them become husband and wife!
After the wedding, we headed over to the reception, which was held at a lovely golf course (of which I don’t remember the name.)
Thankfully, several “blog appropriate” things ensued at this fantastic reception:
- Cory was back by my side. I had missed him all week while he was on a business trip!
- I got to
get shit facedspend quality time with my best friends.
- We decided to put the photo booth to good use and took an “official sister wives picture.”
- I was able to spend time with so many sorority sisters that I don’t get to see on a regular basis!
- I got to “talk wedding” with one of my newly engaged sisters, Chrissy! I love having the “this is what worked, this is what didn’t” types of conversations with brides-to-be.
It was one thousand degrees outside. I was such a sweaty mess by 11:00.
It was honestly such a blast. I love fun weddings, don’t you?! I hope you had a fantastic weekend!
