Hello. Check out my post on cardio exercises you can do at home.
http://exerciseandnutritiontips.com/2011/01/29/calorie-burning-exercises-you-can-do-at-home/
Thank you!
I noticed that you’re doing the P90X workouts! What do you think of them? I have the set but I don’t follow the schedule like you’re supposed to. I just do whatever workout I feel like doing. I also have the Insanity set which I do the same thing with. Those workouts are INTENSE!
I like them a lot! I’m the same at you, though. I just do whatever workout I want. When I first tried it over a year ago, I stuck to the schedule for about 2 or 3 weeks, but that just isn’t my thing. I really enjoy the gym. But don’t get me wrong, I LOVE P90X when it’s too cold to go to the gym in the morning. I think they’re great workouts! And I’ve heard of Insanity, and I really want to try it! Which do you like better??
Ooops! I feel bad because I never realized that you responded to my comment! I just noticed now. Well, now that it’s three months later! Haha. To answer your question….I can’t say which one I like better. They are totally different. Insanity is all hard core cardio. Every disk is like the Plyometrics disk of P90X. It’s so hard! If you can afford it, I would definitely check it out.
Good job on the new design!
P.S. The blog looks AWESOME!
