Sundays Are For…

…Saying “no” to setting an alarm

I slept in this morning and took an extra 15 minutes just laying in bed before I actually got up. This makes me happy :D I made my way over to the gym for a 2.5 mile run and 15 minutes of strength training.

…Getting back into my PJs after I shower :)

…Making frequent trips to the scone stash for “just one more bite”

…Going with the flow

Cory and I may go antique shopping – he’s looking for an antique radio. We may make a trip to Whole Foods. We may make our own pizzas for lunch. We may do all or none of the above ;)

…Watching the Oscar’s (and the pre-Oscars show on E!)

I really don’t care about who wins what. I just want to see who wears what and who says what.

I <3 Sundays

Ah, yes. Sundays are good days, my friends! I stayed up last night watching a Lifetime movie. Go ahead, judge me. It was the Amanda Knox story – the girl who was an American student studying abroad in Italy in 2007 and was accused for murdering her roommate. Did anyone else watch it? I’m going to guess no but it was one of those stories that you keep thinking about the next day. The acting was terrible, but the story is just crazy.

I was so busy with school yesterday that I forgot to post day three of the 30DPC – so here they are for today and yesterday :D

Day 3 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show.

As if you didn’t already know ;)

Day 4 – A picture of something you love

I love brushing my teeth! I have an odd obsession with oral hygiene.

Chit – chat: What does your Sunday routine look like? What’s something that you love?  Did you happen to watch the Amanda Knox movie?

My Sunday is starting out a bit like yours with a run and getting back into my pjs after my shower :) I love weekends when things aren’t super rushed and I have time to leisurely check things off of my to-do list.

Right now I’m loving the flowers that are still hanging on from last week’s grocery shopping trip. I love having fresh flowers in the house!

Enjoy the rest of your day!

ahh love this post. I wish I watched the Amanda KNox story- but I have/had so much homework to get done :( My sunday (as I posted on my blog) consists of more homework (shocker), coupon clipping, lounging and OSCARS as well xo

I got a kick out of the toothbrush + oral hygiene love. Same goes for me…I love clean teeth…lol.
Your Sunday “feels” so cozy – love it!! Unfortunately, Sundays aren’t quite as swell for me because it never fails that I’ll leave some h/w for last minute!

My Sundays typically include church and homework. Because I tend to be lazy on Fridays and Saturdays.

    Yay Glee!!! :D

I love Disney versions of fairy tales. Original fairy tales, while really neat, don’t always have happy endings, and are often kind of creepy! I like the cute versions. :) I watched Thumbelina last night, a favorite from childhood. Though, that’s technically not Disney, it’s the same idea. :)

As for lifetime movies, I seem to only watch them if I’m at home with my momma, and we both end up in tears. I’d rather not try to go through that on my own, haha.

Surprise! I bet you never thought i’d end up here! Sundays are for catching up on email, finishing up the laundry, going for my walk (outdoors, finally!) and reading and relaxing…..

  6. says

I love that I can stay in bed and read on Sunday mornings. I go to Church on Friday nights so that no alarm is necessary.

And yes I watched the Amanda Knox story! It fascinates me and there were so many details I didn’t know about.

  7. Ashley says

Sundays are chruch, lunch, errands/homework, then Patrick and I make dinner for everyone. I knew I missed something?! Is the Knox movie worth watching… Patrick thinks she will stay in jail now b/c they made a movie about her. I think she’ll get out, no movie star ever stays behind bars! HAHAH!
