Recipes For a Perfect Picnic

I’ve said it twice and I’ll say it again – you guys are so lucky to have this rock star line up of guest bloggers while I’m away. Courtney’s is the first blog I ever started reading, and these days I call her a blend :) Courtney always has the best recipes on her blog (I always walk away hungry), as well as every-day life stories that always make me laugh!

Hey there, lunchboxers! My name is Courtney and I blog over at Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life.

If you’ve ever stopped by my little corner of blog land, then you know that I absolutely love blogging about food, fitness, fashion, and baking sweet treats, but I also really enjoy just sharing my life and all the other daily shenanigans that come with living with my hubby, Jay, and little fur ball, Cody.

I promise…he really does love me.

I am so excited to be guest posting for Colleen today, while she’s off enjoying her newlywed status. (Congratulations again, girl!!) Colleen is one of the few bloggers who can actually get me to laugh out loud when I’m reading (or watching). Seriously…her vlogs? Aren’t they great?!?

Anyways…why I’m here today. Well, if your summer months are anything like mine, then that means your social calendar is full of bbq’s, parties, picnics and last minute gatherings. Sometimes, I feel like it’s never ending!

Typically, I hate going to a party empty handed, so I almost always whip up some sort of dip or dessert (mostly dessert) to bring with me. Today, I want to share with you all some of my favorite, go-to picnic and party recipes. Hopefully you’ll find one that will work for you to bring to your next par-tay!

Courtney’s Favorite Go-To Picnic and Party Recipes

Creamy Fruit & Tortellini Salad

Healthier Guacamole

Roasted Eggplant & Feta Dip

Creamy (Eat With Anything) Fruit Dip

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups with Almond Buttercream Frosting

Soda Cupcakes (or ANY cupcakes for that matter!)

Cookies & Cream Cake Mix Cookie Bars

Hopefully, you see something you like?

Thanks so much for reading along today, and thanks again to Colleen for allowing me to invade her space. Come stop by and say “hello” in my little corner of blog land anytime!

Question from Courtney:

What are your favorite contributions to picnics and parties?
