Chapstick Giveaway!

We all have our simple addictions necessities, right?

Right.

That means you can’t judge me when I tell you that I’m the kind of person who has a tube of Chapstick (or two) in every purse, clutch, and backpack that I own.

It’s a comfort thing, okay? ;)

So you can imagine how excited I was when a little package ended up on my doorstep. Not one, but two, tubes of Chapstick. It was Christmas come early, folks!

Tube One – ChapStick® Raspberry Crème: This flavor is ahhmazing. It’s perfectly fruity, and it’s whopping 10 moisturizing ingredients leave my lips feeling super soft. I shy away from lipstick, so I love that the Raspberry Creme adds a tint of color. I apply it approximately 57 times a day.

Tube Two - ChapStick® Sport Ready: This tube was designed with the gym-goer in mind. The flavor is subtle, and in my opinion, slightly banana-y. I love the clip top, as it allows me to take my Chapstick with me even when I don’t have room. I snap it on my keys when I’m headed to the gym, and I snap it on my clutch when I’m headed out for the evening.

Okay, okay. I’m done bragging.

It’s time to share :)

One lucky reader will win a fun little Chapstick package! You’ll get your hands on the Raspberry Creme, the Chapstick Sports Ready, a Chapstick beach towel and a cute Chapstick makeup bag!

EDIT: Contest Closed. Winner is #59: Sienna! Sienna, please email me your shipping info to lunchboxdiaries[at]gmail[dot]com

I once paid $25 for chapstick at a Nats game because I forgot mine in the car #addict.

Also, healthy living & food bloggers make me happy all day long :) I love reading their (and your) uplifting tweets and posts! Thanks to all bloggers for being awesome!

I LOVE CHAPSTICK. I’m obsessed. I have one in every one of my bags, in my car, at my desk, near the couch, by my bed etc etc etc. :)

I am addicted to my Trader Joe’s chapstick. I have three- one at home, one at work and one in my purse. I’d love one for the gym!

  5. says

I’m the exact same way about chapstick. I have at least one tube of it (plus lip gloss) in all of my bags (purse, work bag, etc.), by my bed, on each floor of our house…It’s definitely a necessity :) Love that you understand!

  6. Lisa C says

Reading my favorite blogs in the morning is my absolute favorite way to start the day. Thanks for being so honest and open!

I’m not a lipstick person either even though I wish i was, but I think a tinted chapstick would be the perfect balance for me!

  7. Jennifer P. says

I’m the same way…with chapstick stuck in all my bags/purses/ect. The smell of the classic Chapsitck very nostalgic for me. My grandfather (who has passed away) used to wear it and the smell of it reminds me of him! :) Good memories

  8. Mary B. says

I am also addicted to chapstick… I freak out if I don’t have any! I love the great message that your blog sends :).

  9. Mallory says

Hey Colleen! I would love to win this because I am on a drug for my acne right now and the #1 side effect is dry lips! and I mean DRY…to the point where if I realize I forgot chapstick at work I have to leave and make a CVS run to get more…sounds silly but it’s true! Thanks for the giveaway!!!!!

I just bought about a million tubes of Chapstick at Target the other day – winter’s coming and you have to protect your lips! Would love to try the Raspberry Creme one, as I don’t wear lipstick either, but would love some color. Great giveaway!

  11. caitlin says

Ahhh, Colleen you are my role model now more than ever! I’m obsessed with chapstick and hide it everywhere to ensure I’m never without. I leave one in all my jacket pockets and at work. So glad my obsession is shared.

  12. Nikki says

Oo I love the clip on the one! That would save digging in the bottom of my purse!

And here is my nice for the day.. a quote that I always have loved and hopefully you enjoy as well:

“When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. it works not because it settles the question for you, but because in that brief moment when the coin is in the air, you suddenly know what you are hoping for.”

  13. Kristen P. says

haha I love this post so much! All of my friends constantly give me crap about always having Chap-Stick on me. But I’m always the one who helps them out when their lips are in need, so guess I get the last laugh?

  14. says

I definitley won’t judge – I have a Chapstick fascination as well, and also have AT LEAST 2 in every bag I own — i even have a plastic bin of chapsticks and I have everything fron Burt’s Bees to Jelly Belly to Blistex!!! I actually talked myself out of buying a Dr. Pepper chapstick yesterday!

  15. says

I love, love, love my chapstick! It’s with me constantly! In fact, when I went into labor, my husband left my chapstick in the car when we got to the hospital – so I made my mom stop at CVS and get me a new one just because I had to have it!

I’m so glad I’m not the only one obsessed! Everything thinks I’m crazy!

  16. Elizabeth says

The raspberry creme sounds amazing! I haven’t used actual Chapstick brand in ages, so it would be really fun to be able to try it out!

  17. Jenni Breeze says

Your blog is really great at helping me put things in perspective. The blog this week about being busy was a game changer for me.

Some extra Chapstick would be great since it dropped 20 degrees this morning and turned from fall to winter!

  18. Alex says

Jumping on the love train here- Chapstick is also my favorite! I take it everywhere with me. And it’s almost the weekend- yay! :)

  19. says

You know how much I love you … so I’m going to mention it in passing, but not reiterate my schpeel. You rock. Point finale! :)
I would absolutely LOVE to win this because there is a new boy in my life and I feel as though my lips might need a bit of Chapstick chap-saving goodness to go along with all this kissing awesomeness I’m loving … ;)

  20. Aria says

First off, I LOVE chapstick so thanks for this awesome giveaway!

Second, I drove past new homes being built right outside my neighborhood and I immeadiately thought of you and your new home being built! I hope it’s going well and I’m excited for you :) My hubby and I bought our house in June and it’s the BEST feeling! :)

  21. Sienna says

I liked your post on busyness. I think it’s good sometimes to step back and make sure we have a little time to relax and unwind still!

  22. crystal d. says

I love Chapstick! I have been using them forever. And like you I have them everywhere too. By my bed, car, every purse and tote bag, makeup bag, desk and anywhere else I can think of. I start to freak out if I don’t have any with me! Yes I know I am a little nuts! Love your blog!!!

  23. says

I love love love chapstick! I’ve always been a Burt’s Bees gal, but who can afford that stuff all the time?! Plus, I’m always down to try new chapsticks. I even have one that’s so large I’ve been asked if it’s a glue stick! Yeah, I’m applying glue to my lips so I don’t say something un-ladylike to those asking… Anyway, I love that you’re always doing giveaways! :-) Thanks for sharing the wealth!

  24. Lauren says

Happy Friday!! This is such a fun and different giveaway-I would love to try the raspberry chapstick especially!

  25. Danielle says

  26. Meg says

I am proud of myself for attempting a new recipe this weekend and succeeding; I made pumpkin lasagna after eating it at an incredible restaurant, and although it wasn’t identical or let’s be honest anywhere near as good as the restaurant’s, it was still tasty enough for me to feel proud and for my husband to eat it. Score.
