Cake Pop Giveaway!

Last week, some of you noticed the outstandingly adorable cake pops that the lovely ladies at Alexandria Cake Pop Co. sent me.

personalized blog cake pops?! yes, please!

Just so you know, 12 cake pops were gone in two days (well, three because I promised Jamie I’d save her one.) Emily came over that night to claim hers. I ate two right out of the box. The yellow cake was to die for. Perfectly sweet, insanely moist, and perfectly portioned. Three bites of heaven and I was left completely satisfied.

beach themed!

I found out about Alexandria Cake Pop Co. because one of the co-owners, Emily Baird, I went to grade school and college together. I had been seeing her post on Facebook about her new company, and I was totally amazed.

I got in touch with Emily to find out more about the company that she and Tamara Wilson started. Come to find out, they both made the gutsy decision to quit their jobs in December and dedicate themselves to their new company.

most requested – color themed!

I was also presently surprised that these girls aren’t just pretty bakers. Both girls come from military families, and Alexandria Cake Pop Co. donates 5% of all their proceeds to Operation Second Chance, an organization that serves wounded, injured, and ill combat veterans.

Well, Emily and Tamara are nice enough to spread some springtime wealth to one lucky reader! One reader will be mailed one dozen cake pops! Head over to Alexandria Cake Pop Co. and look at all the flavors they offer.

**To enter – simply leave a comment telling me what flavor you’d like your lucky dozen to be.** I’ll randomly pick a winner on Thursday morning!

The first very first cake pop I ever had was red velvet, and it’s still my fave! So I have to go with that. :)

Oh. My. God!!! A dozen FREE cake pops? Hello 10lbs. I would looooove some more cake pops because they were absolutely amazing! I think I could stand to have a dozen of those lemon ones, they were delicious. Pick Me, Pick Me (I promise I will share them with you) Can they be ADPi themed? Too far?

Yum!! My coworkers are obsessed with cake pops so they would die if I brought these in – they’re so gorgeous! The mustache themed cake pops are awesome (I have a mild obsession with all things mustaches, especially when they’re on a stick!) Even though I want them all I’d probably go with the Butterfly Cake Pops because they’re festive for Spring!

For some reason I keep getting directed to the mobile site, and it won’t let me view the different flavors from it. But from what I know is available based on others comments, I would definitely want the carrot cake…. or anything coconut!

  25. says

Oh… that isn’t an option? Well, then, …lame. That’s super tough to choose then! Probably red velvet…maybe. I refuse to commit to one cake flavor. Also, they’re all sooo cute!
